Troubleshoot first.
Have you tested the car's two starter wires, to check if they're getting powered up when the remote starter is supposed to crank?

What type did you use?

make sure your that you can physically feel your 2nd starter relay click when you hit the starter button, and also test using a DMM. If both are testing then try both of these:
1) insert key in ignition, but do not turn it on. Hit the start button. If it starts, then you need a bypass. If is still doesnt start, move to step 2.
2) insert key in ignition, but do not turn it on. Press the start button and as soon as the remote starter turns the ignitions on, turn your key to the "on" position. If it starts, then you are missing an ignition or acc. wire.
