Thanks, but my main problem is figuring out how to attach/hook up the door input switch wire, since this is a negative door lock system, where do i attact the positive door switch wire on the alarm? the ca100 has both a positive and negative wire that needs to be attached. also for the all door trigger, do i need to diode isolate or just connect the instant trigger sire from the alarm to the trucks door trigger?

thanks again

You don't ever need to connect both (+) and (-) door trigger wires on an alarm just to have it go off when a door's opened - the reason that alarm manufacturers include them both is so that the same alarm will easily install on any car; whether it's a Ford or anything else.  Basically every car maker besides Ford has always used (-) triggers.

well i tried to install the alarm this morning, partial luck, i have everything hooked up but the door locks and the instant trigger. at one point i had the locks working, but they started to act funny, lots of clicking. as for the instant trigger, according to the above diagram it should be a dark GREEN/ orange wire, but that dont seem to work.i can open the doors and it will not set the alarm off. so i gave up on it for now, not as simple as i thaught
