Hey i have a 97 ranger i installed a remote start/alarm into and every once in a while the door trigger decides to go off and sound the alarm. I have no idea why it would be doing this? Anybody have any ideas?

I had this issue a couple of time you need to diode isolate the door trigger of the car and the one going to the alarm the reason why this happen is because the BCM shots down after a couple of minutes n it sends a small current to see if any doors where left open is a small signal but is enough to trigger the alarm. chek this link https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/file.asp?ID=514
