After installing the CM3300 alarm in my garage everything working good, the alarm arms and disarms normally, power door locks, locks and unlocks. But when I go out somewhere parked the alarm does not arm and no response with the remote, only thing working is the door locks with ignition on or off. Any one know the problem?

reset your unit and make sure you got a good ground. Another issue could be that your antenna cable is not plugged in firmly, it might have gotten dissconnected when you were putting your dash back.

It may be in valet mode if the doors lock. Do the parking lights flash? If they don't then it is in valet mode

Thanks for the info, I will check it out today. How do I reset, is it disconnect the 12V  from the module and start over again? I did noticed there was 3 chirps in arming and disarming, saying something is not right.

I'm not too familiar with Compustar, but I believe you can put their units into/out of valet by pressing button combinations on the remote.
Usually they print a little guide on the back of the remote too.

Also when tedmond said to make sure you have a good ground........
I have a friend who installs a lot of Compustar. He told me just yesterday, that if the voltage to the alarm brain drops too low, the system will put itself into valet mode.
If it keeps going into valet mode over and over again, check to see if you have a poor constant or ground connection to the alarm, or if your car battery is in bad condition.
