Hello all - I have looked around and have not found a PDF version of the installation guide anywhere. I recently purchased a Viper 5701 and am going to be receiving it in two days, however, I would like to get a hold of the installation guide so that I can study the wiring and be ready for the installation.
I have already installed and alarm in my car and am upgrading to this alarm for its 2way function.
If anyone could help me out in obtaining this guide I would really appreciate it.
THANK YOU viper 5701 guide needed -- posted image.

Nope, probably means the new fangled just released starter/alarm.
AFAIK, it isn't available in electronic form yet. The manual, that is.

So I have received the alarm and so far have all the wiring figured out with the exception of two wires. Can someone please assist me in explaining where these wires would go connected or if the are even necessary. The wires I am unsure about are listed below in BOLD
Viper 5701 Wire Harness H3 (10 pin connector)
H3/1 PINK: (+) Ignition 1 Input
H3/2 RED / WHITE: (+) 30A Fused Ignition 2/Flex Relay, Pin87, Input
H3/3 ORANGE: Accessory Output
H3/4 VIOLET: Starter Output
H3/5 GREEN: Starter Input
H3/6 RED: 30amp Fused Ignition 1 Relay Input
H3/7 PINK/WHITE: Ignition 2 Flex Relay Output
H3/8 PINK/WHITE: 87a of Ignition 2/Flex Relay
H3/9 RED / BLACK: 30A Fused Accessory/Starter Relay Input
I have installed alarms before but am no pro by any means. I just need to know what these wires do and where I would connect them.
Thank you in advance for all your help..

The two red wires go to a 12V source, at the key. The pink white is programmable to be a second ignition, starter or accessory, and the 87a would be useful in the case of having to isolate away from the key, say you are doing a Toyota that you need to isolate the accessory. Depending on the vehicle you have, you will probably not need this wire.

If you can list year/make/model we can recommend more specifically which wires you should connect to at the ignition harness.
