I have install everything correctly, but the alarm registered that the hood or trunk is open. I tried everything, but the alarm still registered open, therefore, the remote starter won't attempt to crank or even engage. Please help!!!!!!

H3-Black\white is ground

H1-Blue & H3-Gray isn't connected at all therefore no ground pulse there and H1-Blue/white is ground, could it be a defective alarm? I mean this is not the first time I've wired this up. I've wired dozens of the FM 2009 alarm and all of it work without any trouble.
