Hi everyone,
My girlfriend's car's battery died over the winter, and it seems the security module in it has reset itself... The key fobs still work, but one issue she has with it is that instead of beeping when she unlocks the door, it actually makes a noise like the alarm is going off for about 1 second, and then stops. It's pretty irritating, so I would like to reprogram that "feature" out of it if possible.
The module is the Astroflex Serie 120 with (I believe) 8 dip switches on the side of it. I didn't see any other damage to the wires or module, and it's working perfectly otherwise.
Can anyone hook us up with instructions to reprogram the unlock/lock beep, or with the installer manual for this old system?
Thanks!

It's here.

See page two for programming.

Hi Big Dog,

I was referred to this short installation guide last night by another member, however it seems to be missing some information for programming...  This guide doesn't have anything to change the sound when the door is locked/unlocked, or to disable the sound...

If you look at step 14 on page 1, it says "Consult Installation Manual (193-126-121) for information on other methods"... I'm wondering where I might find this installation manual?

Or if you have specific information about the code required to change just that feature, that would be fine too!

Thanks,
