I have done a bit of research and conclusion is that in order to make 530t work in an 06 double cab tundra i hace to increase the current going through the module. other wise the windows will stutter when using the truck window contols.

I have an autopage1000 and really want to make window work properly too

thanks

mk

if you want more current, run a 16 or 12 gauge from the battery straight to the window module. that way it can draw alot of current. remember to fuse accordingly.

Ok i now this topic gets beat up a little I have a 06 double cab tundra an autopage1000

I bought some dei 530t's hoping to just use those for my windows.

So the driver window came with one touch down and seems to be the only window that works. when 530 is installed on the other windows it makes them stutter when i use door switches. I have been told this is a current (amperage) issue, also that it is common in this truck and scion.

Do i fix this with a relay or should i build a relay module instead?

ideas?

Sorry that nobody seems to be able to help you with your problem. I have only done a couple window modules and they were probably 18 years ago. But I will try and help you the best that I can. On the vehicle that the windows shutter, have you used a volt meter to see how much voltage is getting to the motors? Are you in the Capitol City?

take your ground when armed input and hold it to ground. its possible the unit isnt getting a good ground from the alarm. also, did you run a 12v wire directly to the ignition harnesses 12v source or at least run one to the battery?

I have installed alarm and everything works great except the window module.
With the dei530t my window goes up fine but down it seems to only want to vent only moving a couple inches with each button push. now i put in an auto loc module and it rolls up and down fine, but no vent. i want vent mode.
I grounded and power at battery. installer friends lost... dei no help... come on someone has to have a fix
thanks mk

So I can get my modules to work 530t, 529t, ac78, and auto loc module

results are

530t after cutting out resisters still not enough current to get windows to come down without pulsing LIke the want keep venting so you have to push buttons continuously down. up is fine. Would adding a relay help fix this and if so where?

529 works fine but does not vent or add one touch to the system.

ac78 same as 530

auto loc one touch fine works perfect. is not a vent module though. can i pulse regulate this?

Thanks
