i hope this isn't a repost. i searched and didn't find what i needed. i looked at the 1041 tech tip but i just don't understand. i have a 87 chevy full size blazer, fuel injected, automatic. i wired the valet 561r up the remote start works great. but when i hit the lock/unlock on the remote all the 561r does is click. could someone please help me get this working. i tagged the wires under the dash near the kick panel. there is a plug where the 3 wires come together. the constant hot then the blue lock wire & BLACK/ white unlock wire. if you can help me out i would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Rich

The 561R will not do (+) trigger locks, despite what the manual seems to tell you. I tried it myself when I was doing a lot of them, and it's never worked.
You'll need either a 451M or equivalent door lock relay, or a (-) to (+) door lock adapter(DEI makes one but I can't remember the part #).
