after installing astra 1000rs remote start on a 1998 chevysilverado the horn blows all the time and actuaror(open) stays engaged allthe time on the drivers door

When you say the horn blows all the time, do you mean breaks, or goes beeeeeeeeep?  If it goes beeeeeeeep, then the wrong wire is hooked up to the horn trigger. 

As for the door lock actuator, need more details.  Do you mean it doesn't lock/unlock?  or does it unlock the door, and keep pulling on the lock? something else?

did you hook up the horn circuit?  did you wire in keyless entry??       a little more info goes a long way.......

the horn trigger wire is not hook up it just blows constantrly and the when you open the drivers door  it seems like the power is coming off of the interior lights thats activating the actuator on the driver door when you close the door lock works fine

I'm going to third the confusion with what you're saying here. Does the horn blowing/dome lights flashing/actuator doing whatever??? happen
a.) when you remote start the vehicle
b.) when you unlock with the Astra's remote
c.) neither of the above, it just does it randomly
d.) under some other condition ?
