The TL I purchased has the feature to roll up and down the windows and sunroof with the factory keyless entry remotes. The roll down feature works but the roll up wont work with remotes. Can I use a aftermarket keyless system to use these same features without having to buy window up/down modules? Will factory modules work?

Can you operate the windows/sunroof via turning the key in the driver's door key cylinder?
If not, you'll need aftermarket modules.
If so, you should be able to use an aftermarket piece to remotely control. The lock and unlock wires from the key cylinder to the driver's door module will need connected to the said aftermarket piece.
I would suggest using something with dedicated auxiliary outputs for the window roll up.
