I have a 2001 single cab Sierra with Manual windows and power door locks. What will i need to install the power window and door locks of a 2005 Silverado SS?. Which i have on hand. Any help will be appreciated  thanks

Presumably the windows would be a bolt-in/rivet-in direct fit, as far as the mechanical components(you would just be replacing the mechanical regulator mechanism with the power window regulator). I don't think GM changed the door design at all from '99 to '06.
The door lock actuators are probably also identical - so there's really no reason to swap them. Which brings us to the problem of switching.
Do you have the switches from that '05 Silverado SS as well?

You mean mounting the switches is your problem, or connecting the wires?
I can't find any pictures of what your original power lock switch looks like, but I'm going to assume that it's a trim piece in the same location.
I would suggest you want to get 6 inches or so of the wiring harness for the new switches if you haven't already.
Here are the electrical diagrams for the driver's and passenger's door modules for your vehicle (what we've called "power window/lock switches" so far).
If you get a message prompting you to login when you attempt to view them, you'll probably need to purchase a subscription which is approx. $16.95 per year.
Once you've got to those diagrams, read them over - I think that they'll work in your case if you have all of the following wires connected.
Battery power
Ground
Class II data - this should just need to go between the two door modules
Power lock/unlock actuator control
Power window up/down from each door module to its respective window.
