None of my CDs have the 08 stuff.  I have up to 07...but some of it is not matching up...so there must be some changes somewhere along the way.  Anyone help me out??  This is a police package vehicle...which I haven't seen any differences in wiring before on these...but just so it is known.

Also...what is the easiest spot to grab for the door sensors??  I'm finding the door triggers are (-) and the dome is a (+)...so what/where is the easiest place to get one of these from??

Thanks

the drivers door pin (neg)- is in a black plug in the drivers kick. the remaining 3 doors are in the running board area drivers side BROWN / orange.

to do dome light supervision tag the BLACK/ blue at the courtesy light. yes its pos. I wouldn't use this for door pins because you can shut this light OFF

with the light switch...... when its off, it's off!

OK, Thanks.  In the black plug, is it the small BLUE wire??  Thats what I show here....but I want to make dead sure.

And the black plug, is it a small one that shares with maybe 6 or 7 other wires..something like that??  I found the passenger wire, so I can diode isolate, no worries there....but the driver door is killing me!

Thanks for the help.

I was really tempted to suggest that the door trigger might be in the yellow sheath going up the steering column, but...
Stop being lazy. Get your meter out, and clip one end to 12 volts and the other to your suspected door trigger wire, and watch the meter as it goes from 0V with the door closed to 12V with it open.
Also FYI my info has the door triggers at the lighting control module, right of the steering column, dark blue and BLACK/ orange in the gray 22-pin connector, pins 11 and 22.

Thanks for those tips...I appreciate it!!  And yeah...I was gonna get the meter out!!  HAHA  Now...one more wire I'm locating is the truck TRIGGER...not the release, but the trigger.  Mine shows up to a 07 and is a BROWN / White in the LCM and shown as a (-)??  Is that still true for the 08??

Thanks again!
