Right now I'm hoping I came away with a score. I was at the junkyard today and came home with an everything for the RSX3.5 minus the horn, valet button and remote.
As long as I get a new remote on eBay as well as a horn and valet button, this system should work fine for me correct? There shouldn't be anything stopping me from programing and using it right? I want to install it in my scooter, the Honda Ruckus, as I already have the 50.5x for my 240sx.

Hmm, I didn't think about the getting wet part. Might be a good idea to unscrew the case for the brain and make sure everything inside looks ok.
You could temporarily hook it up to power and ground, and then apply a ground to the WHITE/ blue "activation input" two or three times in a row. That should make it try to remote start, and if you hear the unit clicking on and off, that's a good sign.
The alarm siren and valet switch from pretty much any brand of car alarm should work fine. Maybe you can find those on your next junkyard trip too.

I live in southern california, and i can't even remember the last time it was wet here.
I'll do what you said hooking it up to power and ground. Thanks for the replies! Really appreciate it.
