We Need more information: Did you have the alarm installed recently? Did you buy the car with the alarm and it is just now giving you trouble?
If the starter kill relay is a normally closed setup then you will only need to disarm the alarm to be able to start your car. However, unlikely as it is, it is possible that you have a normally open relay which means that your starter wire is not connected until you perform some certain action like pressing a hidden switch that energizes the relay and reconnects the starter wire.
So if you provide more detail, then we can help you better.

do you know what brand of alarm it is?? do you have the transmitter?? look under the dash for wires that might stand out. maybe an orange one.if you find an orange one, trace it and see if it goes to a relay. your starter wire is yellow for your car. you can also trace the yellow wire.it will be a think wire. it will come from the top of the steering column and go the relay most likely.
once you find it, disconnect the orange wire. keep it from grounding out.if it goes to ground, then it wont start. that should take care of the starter disable if it is wired that way. if you have more info on the alarm send it out to us so we can help some more.
good luck,
