I have two issues that I need help on.
1. I installed my 2 way alarm fine and everything works perfectly except there is about a 1-2 second delay between each siren wail when the alarm is triggered. When the alarm goes off it's reacts like the following:
[beep]...........[2 second pause]..........[beep]............[2 second pause]...etc.
There is no setting on the alarm to change that and my neighbhor who has the same alarm has the same problem so I know it's in the design of the alarm. Is there anyway to change that [by altering the electronics?]. Basically what I want the change the delay between the sirens.
2. The other thing I want to do is wire in my Airhorns to the alarm system. I've searched and read a few threads but just want to make sure I have it correctly. According to the manual, my alarm has a + siren ouput. It has a ground wire and a power wire that goes to the siren. Just wanted to make sure the following diagram is the correct way it should be wired to have the airhorns go off with the alarm?

I saw it mentioned about a "flasher" but I'm a bit confused by what that is.

Ok I really feel like a noob but I think I figured out a "flasher" is the same as a "turn signal flasher"? so the horn will pulsate instead of being a constant sound?
Do I need a specific flasher?

You haven't mentioned the alarm. Some DEI units can be set to pulse  on off the secondary siren outputs so your flasher circuit though correct is uneccessary. If it doesn't have an on/off  secondary horn output, use the flaher output to pos. fire the horn relay, take the flasher output to 86, fused power to 87, ground to 85 and 30 to airhorns.
