You are using the switch wire which is incorrect. What you need is the key cylinder wire in the same plug. The wire you want is white and will read a negative pulse when you turn the drivers door key cylinder to lock....

unless its different in the states an i have done a few tundras from the us and i have never used a white wire

the wires you want are pink and dark grey almost black, pink is unlock and grey is lock in the drivers kick panel these wires are for the key switch and will bypass the safety lock of toyotas

i have found many units will not generate an unlock pulse if you dont first generate a lock pulse... what happens if you exit the vehicle and use the remote to lock the doors (the way it  is actually supposed to be used)?

also, do you do the doors with a data module or relays?  Tundras i always use a TOYDL and they have always worked fine.....

No relays needed for this truck, just negative pulses for lock and unlock in the DKP.

the white wire will not bypass the safety lock
