chrysler 300 troubleshoot

the cruise controls do not operate after we installed r/s system,

its on a 2007 chrysler 300 with a ungo rs10 and pkuch2x bypass kit

Im troubleshooting it tomorrow I just wanted a heads up from you guys and see if anyones had that problem

Its  the remote start system with keyless No Alarm

I would chech the brake switch and make sure that the R/S is not backfeeding a reference voltage into the car. If you have around five volts on the brake wire it may not turn on the lights, but might freak out the cruise. It might also be a good idea to see if you unplugged anything near teh steering column accidentially.

If you don't see anything, you can try a hard reset on the car.

Key on, unplug positive battery terminal, turn key to crank position for 30 seconds, put positive terminal back on. Chryslers are prone to freaking out from time to time, and sometimes a good reset is all they need.
