Hi All,

I just tried to install Prostart CT-3271 remote starter (2 buttons) in my 1999 Honda Accord.  Here what I've wired:

1.  @ Ignition harness:

constant 12V      White

Ignition 12V        BLACK / YELLOW

Ignition 2             Yellow                   (I connect the green wire (5th relay output) from RS to this. without use relay.  Is it OK ?)

Accessory           WHITE/ black

Starter                 BLACK/ white

2.  Tach wire:

It does have a 2-pin white connector behind the battery with ONE blue wire.   I searched for a while and was told this is the Tach test connector.   But I measured ~23 v @ idle speed.

I have also tried a 4-pin connector going to ignition coil (distributor) with 4 wires (BLK, YEL, YEL/WHT, BLK/WHT).   I tested the YEL wire, and got 0.3v - 1.4v AC (varies with RPM increase).    Can I use this as TACH wire ?

3.  SO far,  when I power up the module,  parking light flashes 4 times as surposed.  However,

(1) I can't program my transmitter

(2) I can't complete the auto tach learning.

Any help will be much appreciated.
