anyone let me know ...thanks

No relay, just connect them together. Running a few seconds then stop could be a tach issue....

I gotta say i have never seen a more problematic bypass than the XK05. Every day here a few installers complain about the issues that unit has, not to mention the pain in the arse it is to install. We don't use them for these reasons, Idatalink makes one for that truck that is simple to install. Hopefully someone here can assist you further on getting it to work as i just don't know the units well enough(thankfully)...

I would agree
I would also use a keyoverrideall
It sounds like the bypass is not getting programed

1 other thing we had one of these trucks that we couldnt get the signal for the key to put out.
A friend @ the dealership said the truck can only have 4 keys.
So that the computer will not program a new key after 4
If the truck is used you never know how many keys are out there.
Any1 ever hear this????????

check you wires. switch the IMI wires I agree with all the people XK05 for toyotas are too complicated but now that you have it ill try to help you out. the reason why this could be is IMI backward or IMO is not right one chek that and let us know I have used at least 100 or more XK05 and they suck!

I am trying to switch the IMI wires but it cannot start at all.  Since the wire colors does not match with the installation guide therefore I swapped IMI and IMO to pin 26 and 27 at the BCM, the car still cannot start. The only 2 pin 15 and 16 can make the car start but just for a few seconds.
