ultrastart u1155tl issues

Ive installed a ultra start u1155tl into an 05 explorer. Ive checked all of my connections. Im having a few issues. Tachless learn. Ive gone through the process yet the parking lights never flash as if a sig has been sensed. Default is tachless so I would think Im ok. That brings me to the next issue. I go into programming mode, turn the key on 3 times, presh led then it flashes the mode i am in. Im supposed to be able to hold it down until the lights flash the correct setting but they never flash. Any insight would be appreciated.

I know thi may sound like a dumb question, but have the lights flashed at all for anything??  Just woundering if there hooked up right?  Sometimes you can grab the wrong wire for the lights, happens to alot of us.  Just something to double check I suppose.
