Ok, I have a guy that is suppose to send some info to me on this, but I thought I would see what you guys could help me out with or if someone has worked on this same car.  I install a lot of remote starts, but never manual trans.  I have my buddies 1992 Dodge Stealth in the shop, remote starts works great if I hold the clutch in.  So I got the clutch safety switch to bypass.  Not sure how to do this?  The switch has two wires, a black and a blue wire.  Both wires always show constant ground.  I am using a 2 way Excalibur 1810DLP that is made for manual transmissions also.  What do I need to do and how do I wire it to get this to work, feel free to email me stuff at handkaudio46755@yahoo.com and thanks for your time guys!

make sure you get a manual safe remote start first.

2 type of systems

if its negative there will be one wire that is always grounded and the other wire will go to ground when the clutch is pressed to the floor. if this is the case take your GWR or status output wire it to a relay and send a negative to that wire.

if it 12v +, one will test 12v with key in ignition start position. other shows 12v when clutch is pushed down. if this is the case then take your start wire from the rs unit and wire it straight to the wire that shows 12v when pushed.

it could also be data. good luck

both wires test ground at all times, key on or off, clutch in or out, both wires always have ground.  Thats why I am lost

I believe you have a type 3, but I do not have a suggestion as how to properly test it.
