I have a current alarm in my truck right now it is a ultra 660. I was wondering if I can use it to start my truck through the external trigger on my nordic start 1003 starter. It is a 2004 silverado

what kind of input does the external trigger need to see. I can set the alarm to do a .75 sec pulse, do I need a relay or just a straight signal.

.75 seconds is gonna be ok. you should not need any relay, just a straight negative output from the host unit alarm will work.
