after market onstar with remote start

Anyone else done this?  I have an Astrostart 5224 and wired in a pager that will alow me to call my truck unlock my doors and remote start it.  Kind of nice when I am on the road and heading back to pick up my truck and it is warm when I get there.

A Carlink will allow this and we've been installing them over 10 years. Unlock, RS, even kill the motor with a phone call...Mike M2

DEI have had it over here for about 3 years. Clifford Call Guard, also Cobra did it 5 years ago, one of their tracking units,+ a Viper rem start through a Cell Phone, also didn't Clifford do it with a Pana Tacs phone about 10 years ago? Seem to remember in early 80's, Motorola car phones 6000 and 6500X had an alarm facility, if the siren wire was triggered the fixed car phone rang a preset number e.g. home and when you picked up the phone you heard a siren sound. There's nothing new is there?
