Ok the starter was working fine for about two weeks now.
but as of yesterday, I am not able to start it by the key and the horn goes off. if i start it by the remote starter and put the key in i can drive it.

probably a bad ignition switch

or passlock

Problem solved it was just put into the security mode by someone else had to hold the unlock button for over a second.
I left the security off i thought but it must not be
