98 civic dx clifford matrix 70.5x

i recently installed the clifford matrix 70.5 into my civic.  the remote does not work at all.  i tried to reprogram it just like what the instructions said, but still no luck.  also another thing is that the alarm keeps going off everytime i open the door, try to start the car etc. but then i can shut it off either with the valet switch, i get no response at all when i try to bypass it by using the valet switch.  i dont hear any siren chirping when pressing the valet switch and my LED light is always blinking...  any help...

Take it to a competent shop and have them rewire it the clue is GREEN to door contacts. Then check power and ground etc etc etc...

does it even try to crank, if no check hood pion and nuetral safty wire if yes either the tasch is not progemmed or its not set for voltage sensing.  to disarm with valet key must be on and tap and release then hold it can be a little tricky
