Hey guys, I have a Python 872LE im installing in a 05 Mustang. Ive followed the instructions and hooked everything up to what i believe to be the correct place. I followed the wiring diagram on the website here. I have 2 issues.

1 being that the door lock, unlock function on the remote wont work. I do believe the door wiring system in the car is a 5 wire alternating. I have a relay that came with my unit for use, but I cant really figure out how to hook it up completely, i know the 2 wires with the fuse go into the relay to energize the coil, then I have 2 wires for operation and 2 wires for normally closed. I belive the 2 wires that energize the coil are also the normally open ones? In my head i work out the coil wires going to +12v, the operation wires going to the 2 wires I have in the car for lock/unlock. Then im lost as to what to do with the others. I think when the relay closes it send the voltage to the door wires which would unlock it, but then that would leave me with the 2 operation wires left with nowhere to go.

The other issue is with the doors, the alarm only has 1 door pin sensor wire, not normally a big deal but on the mustang the windows roll down slightly when the door is open and then all the way back up when closed, I have 2 wires on the car, one for each door if i connect them both together it gets weird, i open the passenger door and the window rolls down, if i open the driver door the window rolls down, if i close the passenger door while the drivers is open both windows roll up and vice versa. Is there any way to have both the door triggers sensed by the alarm or am I simply SOL. The only thing i can think of is setting up a diode so that i cant get voltage from one going to the other. Would that work?

Locks are neg going on that vehicle, door pins need to be diode isolated away from the control box in passenger kickwell then dioded together, refer to DEI 1076 on this site it's probably the  #2 FAQ on this site.
