i have a automate remote start made by dei can some one give me some hints on installation and what transponder or passlock i need thanks its going on a 2004 chevy silverado base moel no power door locks no factory alarm...ive added power door actuators ....thanks again

this is just me but, if i was doing this truck and i didnt have to worry about the door locks being done through data because there were none and i added my own actuators i wouldnt even bother with any bypass module. i would just use the relay/resistor method to bypass the passlock system. this truck is an easy and straight forward install  to do.

use the directed piece GMBP its a gm passlock bypass.  the best way to intergrate with the factory OEM

All 2003-2006 GM fullsize trucks (including the SUVs and the Avalanche/Escalade EXT) are pretty much the same.
All of those trucks have been discussed extensively here, and if you search under the various models of that truck, you'll find plenty of information.
