The wires are lt.blue for lock and white for unlock, they can be found at either the drivers kick panel or at the bcm located above the radio and the require a +12V to trigger them. Refer to this if you need relays
2002 Chevrolet Astro -- posted image. If you are having problems doing a progressive unlock then you would need to wire the lock to the lt.blue and the second unlock to the white. You would then need to five-wire the drivers door unlock wire which is a grey wire in the drivers kickpanel, so do exactly what the unlock portion of this diagram to the drivers door motor wire

I did understand the question. You are having trouble hooking up progressive unlock(d door first push and then other doors on second push). For the locking you will need to hook the green wire from the alarm to the light blue wire of the van(lock switch wire). For the drivers door you will need to wire a relay using the red wire to trigger a relay that will unlock the drivers door only(85 red wire from alarm(unlock first pulse), 86 ground, 30 driver door unlock motor(grey wire in the kickpanel(it will need to be cut)), 87a drivers door unlock switch, 87 12V constant. For the second pulse you will have to wire another relay because the alarm second unlock output is only negative out so you will need to switch it to positive, 85 RED / black wire(second unlock output), 86 12V constant, 30 12V constant, 87 output to the white wire of vehicle(unlock switch wire). As for a keyless bypass, as far as I am aware there is no need for one in this vehicle. If you look in the alarm install manual it will go over the steps in the " 3 wire positive switched 2 step door locks" section, it even has a diagram showing exactly what to do.
