There is no easy answer on this especially colour, the only straight answer is  to remove steering column cowling and look at  your ignition leads, they split with 2 showing live on both ignition and crank. One goes to the fuse box, the other joins the loom to the engine bay. Its probably the one going to the fuse box.  Please note I haven't given you any colours,  see the post on "Who makes Peugeots" its either in misc topics or general discussion.  Also look closely at the other plug coming from the ignition, 1 splits into 2 possibly starter, and the secondary there could be the fuel primer. Just a point, why? You've got a perfectly good factory transponder, nobody can steal your car apart from towing and then a fuel pump cut wouldn't even matter, also you will have warantee issues.

Hi.thanks for your help.
The viper alarm has a anti carjacking feature while the car is running, its called Vehicle Recovery System
To arm the VRS®, turn the ignition to the ON position and press
the arm button on the remote transmitter for one second. The
parking lights will flash and the siren will chirp once. This can be
done before driving or while driving the vehicle. Once the system
is armed, it will initiate its triggered sequence if any
door is opened and closed. If you are forced from the vehicle, the
system will trigger as the door is opened and closed. This is how
the system works to combat intersection carjacking. To protect
against parking lot carjacking, arm the VRS® before leaving the
vehicle. The system will now trigger automatically the next time
you or anyone drives the vehicle. This helps to protect the vehicle
if someone takes your keys and remote transmitter by force in a
parking lot.

What's the relevance of this to your question?  Blakjaxx has been around for years on Clifford product and its a pain, I never turn it on for customers,  also on a 207,  if you used the purple pos door contact to the dome light pos switch,  VRS,  like programming a new remote won't work. Now I know your question cut the lead (yelow/green or GREEN/ YELLOW*) going from ignition switch to BSI box on the right under dash. * I know one of those colours is their ground (earth) wire but that's Peugeot for you.

So, in your experience is better to use the YELLOW /GREEN wire for the immobilizer feature than the fuel pump wire?

If this is in conjunction with a Clifford or Viper Cat 1 you will need to find the fuel pump wire and check to see if it runs constantly under both ignition and cranking, if not, the vehicle won't start when you turn the key, it's still immobilised and it will bugger up your  factory transponder. I'm not happy with where this is going with regards to the vehicle's reliability.

Sorry, just re-read your first post, look at the circuit going from ign switch to fuse box. On the last of the 206 you had a combined haz flash and lock button, if yours is one of these that loom goes to a two way plug on the BSI/fuse box. One is acc the other is the one you want. Try cutting then trying to start the vehicle.

We don't have Peugot here in the U.S., but I did ride in a 206 in Brazil, and I thought it was a nice car.
Anyway, depending on the car, you might find the fuel pump wiring under the carpeting under the back seat.
Generally, the fuel tank resides underneath the car, under the back seat......and sometimes in the car's interior, there's a round metal plate (to let you replace the fuel pump from above), with wires running through it.

Hi,Im trying to connect the viper 5002 alarm to the door lock system (peugeot 206/2007). I locate the harness plugged into the back of the door lock switch, it has 6 wires, I probed each of the wires in this harness with the multimeter and the result is.
Wire Lock   Unlock
1     0V     3v constant
2     probably 10V then drops to 0V       0V
3     3V constant          0V
4     0V    probably than 10V then drops to 0V
5     0V    0v
6     0v    3v constant
The wires 2 and 4 maybe have 12V but is so fast the voltage change, I want to use the "5 Wire Alternating 12 Volts Positive Door Locks" (https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#5w)with the wires 2 and 4 but im confused with the 1, 3 and 6 wires. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced

Here we go, the joys of Peugeot!   Drop down the BSI box which sits below the fusebox, held by 1 x T20 screw.  To the left is a square plug. Using a DMM you will find 2 wires which sit on ground (earth to you). one wil go 12v+ on lock, the other 12v+ on unlock. These are your lock motor wires.  The locking system you want is 4 wire reversal.  Look at the diagramme on your install guide or on this site under the lock section. The square plug in the middle I think pins 14 and 15 will give you the indicators,  one of the quad plugs at the rear will give you door contacts.   There is an alternative if you had an earlier 206, if your haz switch is solo not combined with a lock button, one the right side front of the BSI, i.e. towards the car is a thin square plug, 2 of these terminals will give you neg lock and unlock and possibly the door contacts. Don't go to the doors, it's ALL data and it will cause you and the car expensive problems. Don't ask me for colours 'cause they change them every 2 months!
