Hi everyone here,
It's a very nice forum, I'm glad/proud to be here, I'm starting to get a security/remote start for my car, I'm getting these following items:
Viper 5601
XK05
and 2 530T
This will be install on a 2005 Toyota Camry SE V6 3.3L, I wonder if there is anything else like relay or something that I need to get prior to install the system ? I've done the stereo, amp and sub myself, also the day/night rear driving mirror, now I'n attemp to do the security/remote start, it just I couln'd afford to pay $500 and up for the security system that I wanted, so I have to learn and get it done myself, hope some of you here can shed some lights on this vehicle,. Thanks very much.

Just one thing, do you intend to replace/upgrade the door speakers?  Now would be a great time, 530t cable runs need to be extended to the motors directly to work properly, i.e. the up and down motor wires. Most Japanese cars these days use data from the switch.

Just had a thought, I was playing with an 02 Corola last week when I noticed that applying a low current pos to various pins on the plugs in the driver's kick panel would raise and lower different windows. If your car is so equipped, you wont need the 530ts, only a pair of  relays, some diodes, a timed aux output to close and a switched aux output to vent.

I think you can lower everything but the drivers window from the kick panel

The Camry was the same from 2002 through 2006. The search feature should find you a lot of information, including how to get the wires you need in much easier places than listed on the tech sheets.
Also, the XK05 is probably the lest-desirable bypass for that car. Be prepared for a good amount of unnecessary extra work.

Thanks guys for many kinds replied and comment on my vehicle and this project, I just recently re-ordered the Viper 5701 instead of the 5601, because of the two way remote, also came with the XK05, but not just you guys said about XK05, I've been told by a local professional installer not to use XK05 which will be a problematic when program the thing, he told me to get the PKALL instead, but too late the shipment is on its way, but the seller was nice enough that he will do an even exchange with the XK05 to the PKALL, I'm in between of trying to do it myself or rather have a pro installer do the job, I've been reading alot of post on this forum, but still don't know what would it take to do it, I don't mind the time consumming, just as far as the instruction is what I care, if I were going to let the shop install it, will cost me $350 for Viper 5701, KPALL & 2 530T, I don't know yet, still debate. Feel free to comment, I'll listen/learn. Thanks again.

Hi howie ll,
Yes, I saw your 2nd post, but I'm very new to this, and would love to try/save $$$, it just that I don't know if I can make or not, I may have to look into that.
