viper 791xv, xk01 04 tahoe

First of all, i'm using a Viper 791XV system and a Xpresskit Xk01-AMDL. Everything is hooked up, the problem that i am having is thr factory alarm and disarm do not seem to be arming and disarming with the new alarm. The aftermarket alarm doesn't operate the door locks correctly. I've programmed the AK01 for the vehicle type, and also all the commands for the aftermarket remote. note* Remote start works, but keyless entry/ alarm does not. is there a specific place i can find the factory alarm system? I've tried the Lt. Green wire in the DDM but it does not seem to work.

BTW this is on a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, it seems there has been a pre-existing aftermarket alarm system, there are 4 wires tapped into at the DDM. Green, Gray/BLK, TAN, LT. BRWN.
