anti hijack alarm on toyota estima hybrid

recently i install an alarm on a toyota estima hybrid, the car is original keyless entry, everything works fine except the anti-hijack. i use a 87a relay to do the interruption on the fuel pump wire found under the seat at the passenger side. this works well in a normal gasoline toyota estima as i installed a few before, but this hybrid engine wont stop immediately after the anti-hijack mode is function, the engine will stop after about 5-10 minutes, but totally cannot start after that. i hav to disconnect  the battery to reset the ecu to make the car can start again. anybody knows any other ways to disable the hybrid engine from running?
