Someone wants me to put an alarm on theur car. They want 4 wheel "wheel protection". They say it senses when the wheels are turned/handled. Does anyone know anything about this? Where do I get this stuff? How do I install it?

Yeah...I wanna know about this to....I have never heard of this before...kinda sounds like something a car dealership told one of my female friends one time...and I quote " if the alarm goes off, it will call the police. " she told me that and I laughed so hard...than snagged her keyfob, hit the panic button and waited...and waited...and waited...that was about a year ago..and guess what...The cops still haven't showed up...all I told her, is maybe they put LoJack on the car...that's all I could think of. but if this 4 wheel protection exists...I want it!!

The only thing I know that you can do to prevent your wheels from being stolen is ethier a digital tilt sensors that senses if the vechiel is lifted or moved. You could also install a motion sensor and set it way up so if any one comes withing 10 feet of your car it goes off and lastly a shock sensor thats set way up, just a tap on the hood and it goes off. You could put all 3 on your alarm and have real good protection.

Digital tilt sensor.   DEI part number 506t or 507t, I forget which one. Will sense the vehicle getting rocked back and forth or getting jacked up.

Put shock senors on the control arms on the suspension would do your purpose...
