i'm about to install a remote start to this car , do this car need to bypass for remote starter ?

Turn on ignition without starting engine.
You'll notice that pretty much all the warning lights come on: seat belt, oil pressure, battery, and so forth.
Look for an orange light that says SECURITY.
I'm pretty sure the Blazer didn't get Passlock until '97 or '98, but it's always a good idea to check for that light.
