hey guys can anyone help me out? im pretty much almost there, just need to get remote start working. Im getting a zone 3 notification on my door trigger inputs, even though i have put 4001 diode in all 3 connections to Tan, orange, Blue/white. The Viper 5701 is going in a 02 Blazer xtreme.
heres what im not sure of at the moment...
PRIMARY HARNESS 1
H1/8 - Green (-) Door Trigger = connected to all 3 with diode 4001 in each connection, do i need diffrent diodes? 4004 or is there another wire im missing? a friend said there was a wire from the massenger door that would clear that up. orange and black.
H1/10 - White Blue (-) Remote Start/Turbo Timer Activation Input
HARNESS 2 OK
DOOR LOCK HARNESS 3 OK
HEAVY 12GAUGE REMOTE START HARNESS 3
1 Pink - (+) Ignition 1 Input/Output = i connected this to pink ignition
2 RED / White - (30A) Fused Ignition 2/Flex Relay 87 = ? initially i had this hooked up to the RED and RED / BLACK on same harness to share constant (see below)
3 Orange - Accessory Output = Connected to orange at steering column
4 Violet - (+) Starter Output (car side) = yellow 18g ignition car side
5 Green - (+) Starter Input (key side) = yellow 18g ignition key side
6 Red - (+) Fused (30a) Ignition Input = Red 12v Constant Ignition
7 Pink/White - (+) Ignition 2/Flex Relay = was connected to white ignition 2,
Disconnected
8 Pink/Black - Flex Relay Input 87A Key Side (If required) of Flex relay = Disconnected
9 RED / Black - Fused (30a) Accessory/Starter Input = Connected to Red #6
REMOTE START INPUT, 5-pin connector
1 BLACK/ White - (-) Neutral Safety Switch Input = Grounded (was connected to momentary switch)
2 Violet/White - Tachometer Input Wire = White wire @ cluster
3 Brown - (+) Brake Shutdown Wire = White wire @ Steering Harness
4 Gray - N/O or N/C (-) Hood Pin Switch Input, Zone 6 = Connected to Hood Pin
5 Blue/White - (-) 200 mA 2nd Status/Rear Defogger= Connected to Blue/Black Wire @ PassLock II 555LW
REMOTE START AUX OUTPUT, 5-pin
1 Pink/White - (-) 200mA Flex Relay Control Ouptut = not connected
2 Orange - (-) 200mA Accessory Output = not connected
3 Violet - (-) 200mA Starter Output = not connected
4 Pink - (-) 200mA Ignition 1 Output = not connected
5 Blue - (-) 200mA Status Output = not connected
Hope all this info give you enough information. this is my 1st alarm installation. if you think i might have hooked up something wrong that i havent listed let me know! im 95% sure of all the connects i made so far. thanks in advance

I have switched these wires and now look like this (below). did not work. but this looks right.

Remote Start Input Harness

5 Blue/White -  (-) 200 mA 2nd Status/Rear Defogger= Not connected

Remote Start Output Harness

5 Blue - (-) 200mA Status Output = connected  to Blue/Black Wire @ PassLock II 555LW
