I'm trying to program my astrostart 2100 in my 1996 suzuki esteem and I am having problems programming the tach on this unit. Any help is greatly aprreciated.

Well, first off the  engine must be warm.

put 1, 5,6,7, in the up position. Start the car with the key, hit the brake pedal 1 time.

The LED will flash for the # of cylinders the unit "read"

Once this is complete, put the switches down, and hit the brake. DONE!
