06 ford escape sjb, remote start

I am installing an aftermarket remote start on a 2006 Ford Escape. I have found the wiring chart. I took the center console apart and found the SJB which is where most of the connections are made. I, however, cannot figure out what connector is which. As an example, the chart refers to connector E but I can't find which connector that is. Does anyone know? I took a couple of pictures of it if anyone can tell me which connector is which. I want to be sure before I start making connections to the factory harness. Sorry the pictures are a little blurry. I took them with my camera phone.

everything you need you can find in the drivers kick panel, they only list it at sjb because its guaranteed to be there...

metz is right, everything is located at the ignition collumn, and kick panel. the only thing that the sjb is good for is the door triggers, but door triggers can also be found in the kick. you should never assume that the coloured wire will be in that connector. get a dmm and start testing for the wires you need. nothing better than verifying so you dont destroy the sjb.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know I could find everything at the kick panel. Hadn't even thought of it. The list said SJB so I was just going to do it at the SJB. Thanks for the help.

Here's part 1 of my wiring. You can see easily which connectors the wires are located in at the SJB, as well as the ignition harness. My install was a remote start only, so no door triggers, but I did do factory arm/disarm, parking lights, locks, brake, and constant 12v + all at the SJB. I watched this video and it was really helpful. It left me a little confused though. I hadn't thought much about the factory alarm being armed and disarmed. I am installing a remote start/keyless entry unit only. It is not an alarm. So I wanted to continue to use the factory alarm. Does the "multiplex" door lock/unlock wire arm and disarm the factory alarm? I don't know if I should use that wire or the other lock and unlock wires that were mentioned in the video. My unit can be programmed to send out a dual unlock pulse. The wiring chart shows a factory alarm disarm wire but doesn't say anything about a factory alarm arm wire. Is there a factory alarm arm wire? Is the factory alarm disarm wire a positive or negative signal? I don't know much about what causes the alarm to go off either. I know if the window is down and you unlock the vehicle from the switch once it has been armed it will go off. Will the alarm go off if you start the vehicle once it has been armed or do you need to disarm before remote starting? Also, my unit will only send out negative lock and unlock signals and I have to use relays to make them a positive signal. So are the lock/unlock wires in the vehicle a positive or negative signal? Sorry for all of the questions. I'm just trying to get it all figured out before I start so I don't end up in over my head quickly and have my car torn apart for days while I try to get it all figured out.
