2007 silverado data wire gone?

I am installing an alarm on a 2007 chevy silverado. It had a factory alarm by Karr. I removed it and plugged my wires into it. my only problem is that it asks for the XK01 by expresskit with 4.00 firmware. I have all of that but you have to hook it up to the violet wire in the obdII scanner plug...However, the violet wire is not there! So where am i supposed to hook up the xpresskit to? or is there another way to hook up the doorlock directly without the kit. Is this a classic? They made both in 2007, but only the classic is purple. The new body style the data wire is green in pin number 1 at the OBD2 connector...Mike M2
