Got a valet 561r. Will be putting the unit in a buick park ave ultra with door locks and a remote start. Do I need to relay the door locks for a 5 wire system?

Thank you, is there any way to just use the 561's  lock outputs and do I need to use  a relay? this vehicle has factory keyless entry.
