Working on remote start now just went into door for door locks , how do I reset the drivers switch so that the window goes back to auto up and down after I unplugged it

did you try going full open to full close holding the switch for a few seconds after the windows stop in each direction

I got it. It's window all the way up , ignition off, ignition on, hold switch up for 5 seconds, key to acc, hold switch for 5 seconds key off. It's in the owners manual Lol

Yes got caught that way a few months ago with the RX. It seems from my experience that every vehicle with one touch + comfort close can be corrected this way. The only exception seems to be BMW. I've done it here in England with Fords, Vauxhalls and Mercedes funnily enough VW never seems to get this problem. Just a point but I also didn't need to use DEI 1070 tech tip with the relay and diodes, I just went straight to the lock/unlock neg trigger wires in the loom at the rear of the door where they plug into the motor; AND I took the photos to prove it.
