Hey guys!  Gotta love this site, a wealth of knowledge!  Well I finished up installation of my Viper 560xv and XK01.  Did my tach learn, remote start functions properly, door triggers seem to work also. But door lock operation is sporadic at best. Say I stand by the truck and hit the arm button. It locks fine. Then hit unlock and thats fine. But if I try to arm right after that. Horn sounds and lights flash but no door locks!!!!! Anybody have any issues with the XK01's????? Im afraid to ditch my factory keyfob yet because my doors dont always lock and unlock.
i am an idiot

Probably not related to your problem, but if you lock the door on the way out of the truck, (with the door lock switch on the door) then arm and then disarm with alarm remote, then you open the door, the factory alarm will go off just as you are describing.  You can not use the door switches to lock the doors.
