I'm working on a 2007 Pontiac G6 3.5
I accidently drilled into the edge of the theft deterant module antenna ring when doing an install. So I went to the dealer and bought a new one, $46. The dealer said I shouldn't have to do any reprogram of the security system, but I can't get the security light to go off. I tried unhooking the battery and leaving the key on for 30 min. but It just blinks 3 times and stays on. I unhooked my PKUMUX and reconnected all wires back to factory and it still won't start. Any Ideas would be greatfull...

Alright , now I got the security to reset and the car started. Then I reinstalled my PKUMUX and the car started on the remote. Now I can do a 10 min. key relearn and the car will start once but the security light stays on. The remote works perfect with no lights. And then the car won't start with the key only the remote. Is there any way to wire the PKUMUX to work all the time, even with the key On a passlock 3 sys. ?
