So, I'm having some problems getting this working.
I have a CompuStar CM5000 with a iDatalink ADS-TB-CH6.
I searched around and found different wiring diagrams for this truck, some say to use 2 relays and resistors and connect them to the violet/brown wire to trigger the 2nd start and acc.
I find that when I connect those relays and trigger them that nothing happens.
Following a different wiring diagram I managed to connect the alarm to the ACC, IGN, Starter without the use of the violet/brown wire.
I have the iDatalink ADS-TB-CH6 connected to the vehicle as per the wiring diagram supplied with it and its connected to the CM5000 with the RS232 connector.
When I engage the remote start the accesories (radio/fan and such) gauge cluster lights up, truck cranks, the immobilizer bypass flashes the green LED, truck cranks and cranks but no start.
What, if any suggestions may you guys have?

stick the key in the ignition barrel and just leave it there. now try to remote start. if it starts you have a bypass issue.

If the truck has the MUX wire on the ingition switch ( which I dont think the 05's did ) then you have to hook up the GRAY/RED wire from the ADS-TB to the VILOT/BROWN wire at the ignition switch. If your truck donesn't have the MUX wire, then chances are you missed one or more ignition & accessory wires. Most of the time on these trucks, I use the IGN, ACC, 2nd IGN and 2nd ACC.

I checked the ADS-TB schematics and it shows that the Gray/Red would be a positive signal. Everywhere says that the MUX wire in the truck (violet/brown) takes a negative signal.
The truck does have a Violet/Brown. I also have tried with the key in the ignition and still no go.

How many wires did you attach at the ignition column ? If you attached 2 then you have the MUX system. If you attached 5 or 6, then you do not have the MUX system.
