OK tackled my first install with another one in the drive.
Car 05 Hyundai Elantra W Factory Alarm
Scytek Astra 4000rs 2w1
Installed and tested everything that I could think of. Everything worked except the siren. Disarmed. Unplugged everything to hide. wrapped all wires and double checked siren connection. solder was good. Double checked the wire Green with Orange in 16 pin connector at ETACS (Electronic Timing Alarm Control)
There was no need for additional relays for locks as the Hyundai has 3 internal relays and works great with the aux 1 feature.
Moved everything to under center console. Siren wont shut off! after reinstalling all components to test for fit under console. It just wont shut off. Tried to Manually disable. Nothing, read many posts on this forum about this alarm and not clear about what is wrong.
I did use the factory hood pin and siren. Siren white wire is pos. and green w/orange is neg.
Factory Schematic for ETACS reads C9 GREEN/ orange to siren b1 white to +. So I am reading that this siren is negatively switched right? and it is wired correct?
Also Alarm does not disable ignition, I can still start vehicle while alarm is active. (did not install relay for starter defeat/antigrind???
Any help greatly appreciated.
FYI next install is a 5000rs 2w2 in a 85 Pontiac Fiero with power locks, adding shaved handle kit.

Ok guys maybe I didnt get my questions clear?
Any Idea on why the siren is still going off?
How do I wire the Starter Defeat/Antigrind relay? I only ask because there are multiple wires with the same color on 2 different pigtails for the brain??
Thanks

Ok here is the UPDATE... TECH support at Scytek is great... the factory siren must be messed up or what ever. Installed the Siren that came with the alarm and now everything works but the remote start...
Vehicle Turns but does not start.. changed the programming still not long enough.. tried RPM Sense/Tach Sense and I guess I did not get the TACH WIRE...
Anyone done this install? HMASERVICE.COM does not have the same cluster to find the TACH wire behind it. any suggestions?
Thanks

TACH       BLUE       @ INSTRUMENT CLUSTER or PCM, 81-Pin Plug, Pin 66, See NOTE *3
Will it remote start if you put the key in the ignition? How sure are you that you don't have a chipped key? Can you get a key cut at a wal-mart or hardware store and start the car?

I had it remote starting until I put in the starter defeat/anti grind relay as described in there "manual"
Relay is wired now as follows
Brain --- Orange starter defeat ---86 post relay
Ign switch --- white --- 87a post relay
RS Module --- Yellow (+) Ign wire --- 85 post relay
30 post relay --- white / Violet RS Module --- Starter
