Look at the vehicle wiring section here, it lists the 2001, there shouldn't be any differences, also have you looked at Fortin, Idatalink DEI etc.?

I need help badly! I installed an autopage rs 730 in this 2002 Volvo S80 and I cannot bypass the transponder system, with the key in the off position in the ignition the car will remote start perfect, I am using an xpresskit TBXKEY to try and bypass the system, with the bypass installed all i get it a "clicking" noise and the car will not attempt to start. any suggestions at all are appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

i think the tbxkey is a 556u.

place key into box, snip off the end of the loop and tap into the factory immobilizer ring. this is the euro method. howie says it works
