Hey there.  I am in the process of doing an alarm in a 2009 Volvo big rig, and I have everything complete except for the doorlocks and parking lights.  The truck has factory keyless entry but I haven't been able to find the brain so far.  My question is, does anyone know where the keyless entry module is?  All the wires are white with numbers stamped on them, and I haven't been able to track down any wiring info from anywhere.  I've found the doorlock wires coming out of the driver's door; there's 3 seperate wires, all with 1 volt on them, and there seems to be different wires controlling the driver's door motor depending on whether it is closed or open.  If anyone has any experience or insight on these trucks it would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

If it's 1 volt, do as Tommy says or go cap in hand to a dealer and find out where the control module is and hit the motor wires. You might be into a data control rather then voltage triggers in which case you would HAVE to go to the motor wires.

I haven't yet gone into the door to get at the motor wires; I was pressed for time when I did the alarm, so the customer is coming back sometime this week to allow me add keyless to his system.  At that point I'll have the time to pull each panel off and run my wires...I'll do some calling around to see if I can get a schematic of the keyless module.  Thanks for the suggestions...I want to make sure I completely understand the truck's wiring before I start tapping into it...
