Ok I need some help with wiring up a Dei 530t into my 2002 SS Camaro. First let me startoff with what I have wired on the passenger side to fix the notorious slow window motor on camaros. On the passenger side I wired in 2 relays to isolate the pass window from the driverside . The relays are wired as followed both 87's go directly to 12v constant, both 87a's and 86's go to ground, one 30 goes to blue wire on window motor, other 30 goes to brown wire on motor, one 85 goes to switch blue and other 85 goes to switch brown wire. I wired the dei module as follows H2/6 BROWN / black to pin85 of relay , H2/7 WHITE/ black wire to pin 85 of other relay , H1/7 GREEN/ black to pin 30 of relay , H1/8 blue/black to pin 30 of other relay. With the dei module connected and key on when i hit the pass side down switch the fuse blows, but if I disconnect Dei module , the window works fine. Any help with this issue would be great.

Wire it directly to the motor wires.

Why have you connected pins 85 on the relays? As howard said only the motor wires need to be used!
