Im in the process of installing a Viper 5701 into a 2005 Altima S using an XK09 bypass programed to PK03.
I have everything hooked up and the alarm part is functioning fine.
When I try to start the car with the Remote Start it fails to engage the starter. I Have both Starter wires hooked up with the optional flex relay.
When I put my key into the ignition and try to start the car I get nothing happening.
When I unhook the alarm the car start with no problems.
It has to be something with the Immobilizer correct?
Any ideas?

No, if you wired up the Starter Interrupt, its probably the Starter Interrupt circuit.  Double check the wires, they are probably reversed.
Soldering is fun!

No, I only have the Starter Output (Purple Wire on 5701) hooked up.
I tried hooking up the interrupt circuit and it still did not work. Tried the wires both ways.
It has to be something with either the alarm or the car. I have gone over my wiring 5+ times and have fully taken out and reinstalled them twice getting the same problems.
I just currently removed the whole Heavy Gauge harness from the ignition in the car and the car started right up

Check your ignition outputs without the alarm. In theory there is nothing you have done to affect regular starting apart from the by-pass.
You haven't blown an ignition fuse have you?

Im a little confused, check the output on the remote start or actually in the car?
Im going to check the fuses right now but in theory if I can start the car without the wires hooked up then I shouldn't have a blown fuse.
Last night I tried to start the car with the Heavy gauge harness wires hooked to the ignition but kept the plug, unplugged from the alarm module. Car would not start. Unhook all the wires from the ignition harness and car start...So might be something to do with the actual harness I just have no idea what.

Sorry, I meant the car, it's really a question of working back in time to see what's wrong. The only place where this unit can effect the car's running is the by-pass. As a pro, one checks every stage of an installation. I meant check power to the ignition switch, ACC ign(s) and start(s) going out.

They all have power and no fuses blown. To even complicate things further, I rehooked up all wires including the intterupt circuit and the car started w/ key and remote start a few times. Unhooked the battery to solder the wires into place and had to check on something else so I rehooked the battery cable back up and now Im back the original situation.

I just noticed your original post"I have both starts connected to the flex relay" That should read one starter connected to the purple, second to the flex relay.

Sorry again, we're out of synch my 10:58 should have appeared before your 10:57!
What was different when you had it all working, then you dis and reconnected the battery and things failed! Don't scream at me but please recheck your wiring, also, try removing both battery terminals joining them together and reconnecting, I'm trying to eliminate things or troubleshoot from at least 3,000 miles away!
Shame we don't have have an Altima in Europe, or that alarm.

Also when you try and start, does it turn over for about 1 sec. then die, do the ignition lights and gauges come on?
