04 range rover door lock issues

I have installed a viper alarm on a customers 04 Range Rover HSE..   Every thing works except for the doors..  This vehicle has that power down feature, .. So if i'm sitting in the vehicle, with the doors closed I can turn the key on then off the alarms works fine and locks and unlocks the doors..  As soon as I open the door and leave, shut the door. I can alarm/lock the door fine but as soon as you hit disarm/unlock, I only get disarm, the doors will not unlock..  Does anyone know what the cure for this problem is?  I have try powering up the ignithion for a split second, but that only causes the factory alarm to trigger???

Try powering the alarm or the lock circuit or both directly from the battery or an internal fuse box power supply. You should always test for sleeper circuits and try to avoid them.
